Agentia pentru Dezvoltare Regionala Bucuresti - Ilfov • Who are the institutions involved in • regional development? • The BI RDA is an NGO, non profit, for public utility that acts as an executive institution at regional level. • At this level existing a decisional institution:BI RD Council. • At national level there is an executive institution - the Ministry of European Integration. • The decision institution is the NRDC presided by the head of the Ministry of European Integration.
