  1. Skills Evaluation: Scoring Sheet Collaborate Project Bringing together staff, students and employers to create employability focused assessments enhanced by technology Module : Date: This skills evaluation scoring sheet is designed to be used in conjunction with the “what can we do” skills evaluation placemat and the 48 skill cards. It will summarise the responses in terms of the dimensions model for work integrated assessment. To evaluate the overall score for each of the six dimensions of the model, as displayed on the right, the value of each card needs to be recorded. Remove one card at a time, turning each over to reveal a dimension that it matches. Record the value of the card in the first available box below, i.e. if the card has been placed in the box marked ‘a little’, record a score of ‘3’. Once all the cards have been done in this way, add up the total and place this in the sum box. Now divide by 8 to give the mean score. Finally mark this score on the radar diagram on the right to see the overall picture of skills development in the context of the model. - x ∑ TIME / 8 = AUDIENCE / 8 = PROBLEM /DATA / 8 = COLLABORATION / 8 = STRUCTURE / 8 = REVIEW / 8 = Disclaimer: Every effort has been made to ensure that the information contained here is accurate at the time of creation and/or modification.
