  5. OBJECTIVE: To ensure no more embezzlement of funds.

  6. STATEMENT OF ORIGINALITY Its originality is that we are using programs to monitor how funds are transferred from one account to another without any irregularity and also it can only be controlled by an administrator.

  7. BACKGROUND INFORMATION • In Kenya, it has been noted that there are high cases of embezzlement of funds and the only way to solve it is by coming up with enquiries like The Goldenberg Enquiry which in the long run dint bring out any returned money and so by using SFP, it will help in the managing of funds in various companies and even farms.

  8. SFP • SFP in abbreviation stands for: S Saving F Funds p Project

  9. REQUIREMENTS • Programs:Ms Access Ms PowerPoint

  10. ADVANTAGES OF SFP • Helps in monitoring of funds. • Helps in knowing which commodities are purchased and how much they are and they cost. • Helps in knowing when the error was done.

  11. DISADVANTAGE • Its cumbersome • Its time consuming

  12. CONCLUSION • Its concluded that for us to stop the embezzlement of funds its for the best we use tiresome and time consuming programs and in the end we be able to curb the issue of embezzlement.

  13. REFERENCE • We got the idea from Newspapers, Kenya Gazette and from watching the proceedings of the Goldenberg enquiry.

  14. RECOMENDATIONS • The money that is lost daily sums up to a huge amount fit enough to help millions of people and so by use of SFP we save money and help people.
