  25. ID Open Source eGov • Identification (MOA ID): serves as a module for a secure login using the citizen card concept. It is in place in tax declaration, social security and will gradually develop to become the high end login for citizen. • Verifying Signatures (MOA SP): this module consistently verifies electronic signatures according to the choice of standards eGovernment has defined. • Mass Signature (MOA SS): electronic documents, bills et. Can be electronically signed to be prepared for automated delivery. • Electronic Delivery (MOA ZS):documents are forwarded to electronic delivery according to the security level demanded. This module serves as an interface between the electronic workflow and the delivery to the end user (citizen or business).
