  8. OFMDFM Signature Project Feedback from Central Pool Training • Very practical ideas for teaching. More clear about my role in school. Trainers were excellent. • The literacy & Numeracy workshops give excellent practical useable advice. • Really enjoyed the data section. Johnny from BELB was fantastic! Was very good to go through lines of progression and explore the different strands.

  9. OFMDFM Signature Project Feedback from Central Pool Training • Be more confident in supporting pupils in their literacy and numeracy with the resources and strategies provided today, and I will be more aware of my questioning techniques as a method of assessment in the classroom. • I have gained good resources for literacy & numeracy to enhance children's learning. I am now more confident with assessment monitoring children's levels.

  10. OFMDFM Signature Project Feedback from Seconded Training • Very useful because it gave us a chance to talk about what we were doing with the Signature Project. Shared good practice. Mentioned resources that we were using and found useful. • Relief. We weren't sure if we were doing things correctly. • A very helpful day which clarified the role and informed very effectively - particularly in relation to monitoring and evaluation.

  11. OFMDFM Signature Project Feedback from Seconded Training • Monitoring. Use diff. strategies in small groups exam focus. Seek meeting W/SMT and HOD to have timetable issues sorted. Go back to list of students, review those selected and action plan. • I was very impressed by today's course. It was extremely useful and relevant. Both speakers were excellent. I feel a lot better about where we are as a college. Great to have made contacts within the Board and other schools. Motivational and inspirational. • Spend more time on my monitoring and evaluation. Make plans for next year re-timetable implications.
