  4. Dialogue -Chéri, ce matin un mendiant (a beggar) est venu frapper à la porte de la maison. -Et tu lui as ouvert ? -Oui. Tu sais que j’ai bon cœur. Il est entré dans la cuisine et je lui ai donné à manger. Et, pendant que j’avais le dos tourné, il a volé une pomme. -Alors, je t’interdis d’ouvrir à nouveau notre porte à ce mendiant ! -Mais pourquoi ? C’était seulement une pomme… -Qui vole un œuf vole un bœuf. S’il est capable de voler une pomme, il pourrait aussi voler quelque chose de plus précieux de l’argent, tes bijoux ou…ma collection de balles de tennis dédicacées…

  6. Exemple: Les enfants demandent à leur maman pour un petit gâteau avant le dîner. Elle dit, « Oui, vous pouvez cette fois, mais seulement 1 gâteau. » Ce n’était pas normale pour leur maman à dire ‘oui’ avant le dîner. La maman donne 1 petit gâteau à chaque enfant. Les enfants mangent leur petit gâteau mais ils veulent un autre. Ils demandent la même question à leur père qui dit, « Oui, vous pouvez, si maman dit oui aussi.» Les enfants exclame, « Elle a dit oui, papa! » Tout ravie, les enfants mangent un autre petit gâteau. Leur maman entrent la cuisine et voit que le père les donne un autre. « Oh! » exclame la maman «  Qui vole un œuf vole un bœuf! »
