Zielgruppe: selbstständige Senioren und Seniorinnen Inhalt: Gemeinschaft mit „Gleichaltrigen“, Tappeinerweg, Sissiweg, Promenade, Stadtführung in Meran, Spaziergänge und Wanderungen in die nähere und weitere Umgebung, Besuch der Gärten von Trauttmansdorff, Ausflüge, den „goldenen Herbst“ in Meran genießen, Besinnliches, Gespräche, Gedächtnistraining, leichte Gymnastik mit Musik, Karten spielen und vieles mehr ….
