  1. How to Take Help of Keyboard Shortcuts to Run the MYOB Accounting Software?

  2. If you are feeling a bit lethargic to use the accounting software of MYOB through the mouse, we have come up with some shortcuts that won’t just be fast but super-convenient too.

  3. Shortcuts with the help of Alt button For selecting a button, menu or an option, hold the Alt key and then the alphabet assigned to the action. • If you want the sales to be recorded, hold the alt button in sales section to make the record pop-up. Hold Alt + o simultaneously to record the sale.

  4. Continue….. • Likewise, for the purchases to get recorded, go to the purchasing section and tap Alt+u to open the new purchasing window. • Record the transactions by holding the alt button with the Alphabet O.

  5. Shortcuts with the help of Ctrl key Open your Windows and go for menu options to access to the Windows feature. Below is the list of few combinations that must only be preceded with the Ctrl key for the actions to completely take place.

  6. Continue….. • Open a new company file – N • Closing a page– Esc • Selecting it from the list – L • Recapping a transaction – R • Inserting a blank line – L

  7. Continue….. • Placing a transaction line – Shift+I • Adding a header – Shift+R • Adding the subtotal – Shift+S • Record journal entries – G • Receiving payment – D

  8. Continue….. • Entering invoice – J • Paying the bill – M • Enter the purchase – E • Indexing to report – I

  9. Continue….. There are some basic combinations as well i.e. choosing the F4 key along with control key to close the window and F6 for the next tab.
