  4. The Vancouver Aquarium offers visitors the opportunity to see Canada’s largest Marine Science Centre with thousands of reptiles, fish and mammals. Daily live shows feature full demonstrations such as: the Beluga Whale Show, the Dolphin Show and Research Talk and many more.

  7. Vancouver Aquarium was initially named, “Vancouver Public Aquarium Association” and it was built in 1951. Since 1987, it has become Canada’s Pacific National Aquarium. Its cutting edge organization isn’t just for fun, for it is top in the country and top five in the world.

  8. Vancouver Aquarium has accomplished a number of events: The Whyte Cliff Marine Park (1992), the Marine Mammal Rescue and the Rehabilitation Program, and the B.C. Wild Killer Whale Adaption Program.

  9. The Location of the aquarium is very convenient because it is in Stanley Park and just a fifteen to twenty minute walk from downtown.
