  2. Did you know? • You can check your pricing file • See a 60 day online order history • Check tracking with our widget • Check your CSV tracking file • And much more!

But First • You will need to register a username and password. • If you have multiple accounts, each one needs their customer # and unique email addresses (you cannot use 1 email for all of them) • For drop ship accounts, we recommendtracking@yourdomain.com (it allows you to more easily remember which account is which)

Setting up an online profile and using the dashboard • Go to http://www.europasports.com/register/register.cfm • Enter all the information in, including your customer # if you know it, and sales rep. • Only 1 email address per online account, and emails cannot be duplicated. • We suggest using tracking@yourdomain.comfor drop ship accounts.

  6. Logging in with your online profile • Once you create the account, you will be emailed verification. • Click “catalog” on the home screen, and log in

  7. How to use My Account as your dashboard • You will land in the main catalog section, note the links on the right side bar. Click My Account.

  8. My Account Home • When you click my account, it will take you to your dashboard.

  9. Generating your personal pricelist • Click “My Pricing List”

  10. Generating your personal pricelist • You will see this pop up. Please do not hit refresh, you will be emailed a CSV file with your pricing

  11. Generating your personal pricelist • Notice the “tracking” link on the right. Here you can access your UPS tracking for processed orders. Or you can click back to my account (see next slide)

  12. How to get tracking • Go to My Account, scroll down to “tracking”, you have 2 options

  13. Tracking your shipments online • Click on the first Tracking option brings you here:

  14. Tracking your shipment with CSV • Click the 2nd option and it will generate a CSV file you can import into your system.

  15. Tracking your shipment with CSV • Clicking option 2 will give you a pop up download of your file.

  16. For Online Order History • Go back to my account. At the top you will see this:

  17. Online Order History • Clicking “My order history” brings you here:

  18. Online History With Tracking! • When you see a purple number in your online order history, this is a link to the tracking information for that order!

  19. OLOH to Tracking • Click one of those numbers and it takes you here: Click the purple tracking number

  20. OLOH to Tracking • Clicking the tracking number pops up a tracking window:

  21. It’s easy to change your info • Under my account, at the bottom: • Click either link to change your contact info, email, and password.
