Wireless Gauging • 900 MHz frequency insures no interference with robotics and other critical equipment operating at 2.4 GHz • Battery operated cup receiver makes the GaugeFlex Lean the only 900 MHz mobile to be just as portable as the gauge, providing immediate feedback with charts & warnings

  12. GaugeFlexShopfloor Charts & Statistics • Variable Charts:Xbar/Range, Xbar/Sigma, IMR, Histogram, Cpk Evolution • Statistics:Cp, Cpk, Cr, Ppk, mean, range, std/est deviation • Trend Analysis: 10 way with warnings. Assignable cause and corrective action entry can be forced to insure tracking.

  13. GaugeFlexDataManager/Client • Part inspection files can be downloaded from any host PC. Data can also be uploaded into any host PC via the USB cable. • When utilizing wireless networking(2.4 GHz or 900 MHz), data can be exported automatically at the end of every subgroup, or uploaded in a batch when convenient. Part programs can be downloaded from the GaugeFlex Lean handheld.
