  4. Create Action Plan • Specify each step that must be accomplished to meet objectives\ • Clear description of organization • Clear problem statement • Decide on ten working models or theories • Prepare working draft • Edit draft • Final Check

  11. Executive Summary • Use a style guide or go to library reserve book room and check out a business communications text. The texts have a sample report in the appendix • Provide a recap of entire report on one page. • Be sure to provide context, methods, analysis, alternatives and recommendation.

Body • Use a Style Guide or go to reserve book room for a business communication text. • Set the context for the study (usually one page) • Define the problem (2 -3 sentences) • Provide an analysis of factors contributing to problem • Provide alternatives (usually three) • Make recommendation • Support analysis tools, alternatives and recommendation with citations to text (APA or MLA citation format acceptable. Be consistent).
