  2. Safety & Reliability issues • Safety: • Sensors do not mess the reactor • Reliability: • The battery’s output may fluctuate • Regulator heats up • Sensors’ signals accuracy • No warning if SD card is not attached or full • Touch screen display on cold weather

  3. Components that might fail • 36 to 12 Volts regulator, requires a heat sink • Sensors; conversion signals may not be accurate • Atom board • Touch screen may not be reliable on cold cond.

  5. Steps to mitigate • Use the approved sensors • Provide enough heat sink • Make sure the physical connections are solid • Reduce noises on sensors with protective wires • Provide enough power to the Atom board • Operate system in an operating condition • Have a solid software quality
