  1. 酒名： 2010 CrognoloIGT 七橋酒莊克羅諾園托斯卡納紅酒 酒廠： TENUTA SETTE PONTI 產區：Central Tuscany義大利托斯卡尼 品種： Sangiovese 80%、Merlot 10% 、 Cabernet Sauvignon 10% 料號： 10470210 這是七橋酒莊所生產的第一款酒，名字取自酒莊的一片野生叢林 ，Cornus。 Tenuta Sette Ponti，座落於義大利托斯卡尼中部的奇揚第(Toscana Chianti)葡萄酒產區，在優美古城Arezzo西北邊15哩的地方。Sette Ponti，指的就是從Arezzo到Florence沿途經過Arno河的七座橋。1957年，建築師Alberto Moretti先生從皇室家族手中買下了750公頃的牧場莊園，也種植葡萄轉賣當地的酒商，而如今整個莊園是交由他兒子Antonio Moretti接掌管理。為了追隨自己對葡萄酒的熱愛，1997年，Antonio決心重整家族所擁有的葡萄園，請來了義大利知名的釀酒大師，Carlo Ferrini，開始生產自家品牌的酒。Antonio優秀的經營管理者角色，引領一群葡萄酒界的專家團隊們，在短短數年的時間內，已經在國際間打響名聲，成為您不容忽視的義大利托斯卡尼新起之秀… Viticulture : 葡萄原料取自托斯卡尼中部靠近 Arezzo西北邊15哩，座落坡度250公 尺、面南方的葡萄園，平均葡萄樹齡為 20-30年。2006年產量8170箱。 Vinification : 經過20天的發酵過程，經常不斷地壓汁 攪桶，讓葡萄皮與汁液做充分的接觸。 之後存放於法國橡木桶中14個月，再經 過6個月瓶中存放才能開始銷售。 Tasting Note : 深紅寶石色，濃郁成熟櫻桃與莓果類的香氣，夾帶著豐富的辛香料氣息，表現出經典與深度的內涵、酒體飽滿、平衡和充滿活力的口感，單寧渾厚細膩，現在就已經適飲，也可繼續存放至2018年。 Awards : Wine Spectator 90分 2009 Wine Spectator 年度百大第 30 名 www.evergreet.com.tw
