PPTAF subproject IAs are required to submit PCU their Quarterly Reports within 21 days of each quarter being completed, Reports are required to be submitted in English and Vietnamese, To date all ten approved Subprojects have been submitting QRs as required, In case HCMC GT will receive its first agreed advance in this QI/2013. The first QR therefore needs to be submitted during October 2013. PCU will provide IAs a summary of the QR contents. Update of work schedules (Gantt Chart Format) for each subproject preparation activity. Compare the planned and actual progress. PCU will assist by providing a draft chart based on information available for IA review. 4. Procurement Issues – Important activity at the start of the project to enable works, and disbursements, to proceed.
