BLASTBasic Search - Protein • Select protein blast • Enter protein string in Query Sequence • Protein alphabet – 20 ‘character’ based on amino acids • A, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, K, L, M, N, P, Q, R, S, T, V, W, Y • Provide Job Title if desired • Select a Search Set • Query can be run, or additional options set
