  8. Convertedness Acts 6:3 • Lack of conversion means Satan is still in control, Acts 5:1-9 • A change from one state to another • Heart, life, values, goals, objectives, conduct, Acts 3:19; 26:20 • Heart cleansed, Acts 15:9 • Life changed, Rom. 6:4 • New relationships, Gal. 3:26-28

  10. Convertedness Acts 6:3 • Test ourselves (2 Cor. 13:5) • Materialism & carnal things? (1 Cor. 3:3; 1 Jno. 2:15-17) • Hold grudges & fail to forgive? (Eph. 4:32) • Fail to repent? Fail to pray? • Plan to disobey God?

  11. Convertedness Acts 6:3 • Solution, Acts 6:3-5 • Grow in these attributes: • Good reputation, full of the Holy Spirit & wisdom, service, faith • Result, Acts 6:7 • Word of God spread • Number of disciples grew

  12. Overcome every Problem! • Love the truth & one another • Learn from God’s word • Commitment to obey Jesus • Be an asset to this church: • Be compatible (one) in Christ • Communicate truth to each other • Be converted to Christ
