UGAMail 4 months on Live@EDU! • ~83,000 active user accounts, ~1,000 UGAMail-related issues per month • ~700 issues per month are email client related (Outlook, Thunderbird, MyID) • 15-20 junk mail issues per month (mostly false positives) • Microsoft has been very supportive, UGA has access to top-level executives Future Events: • Nov 12, 2010 • Nov 30, 2010 • February-July 2011 • - New Junk Mail filtering (Forefront) • “Service Refresh” • - Performance • - Preview Pane • - Public Calendars • Office 365 (Union EDU) • - SLA • - Full Office Web • - Blackberry Service • - SharePoint • - Office Communication Server 2of 3
