  2. Available Functions • Sign electronic attendance book • Regular attendance book still in use as backup for the trial. • Review session attendance • Request document number(802.11 Only) • Review list of assigned documents(during session)

  3. Session Online Information • Online Server Name: “pluto” IP Address: 10.0.1.3 • Home Page: http://pluto/SessionOnline/ or http://pluto/ • eAttendance available for both 802.11 and 802.15 • Document request will not be used during this session for 802.15.

  5. How to sign eAttendance ? • First, and only once, get you sessionmember ID • From members database (if already member)or • From new members online registration. Important: write down your member ID. • During each meeting AM – PM – Evening, sign the eAttendance book with you member ID. • Tip: if available from your browser, enable cookies. Your browser will remember your member ID.

  6. How to get your member ID ? • On the eAttendance form page: From Home Page select “Sign eAttendance book” link. For members (802.11 blue book) For new members only (802.11 green book)

  7. How to request a document number ? • Fill “Document number request form” completely. From Home Page under your Working Group, select “Request a document number” link. • Respect “Authors with affiliation” format.Ex: Thierry Walrant (Philips) • Select TG& • Doc. type.

  8. Step by steps • Get member ID • Sign eAttendance book • Request document number [802.11-02/160r0]

  9. Get member ID • From Home Page under your Working Group,select “Sign eAttendance book”

  10. Get member ID (2) • New member ? • Follow second link on the left for new member online registration • Existing member ? • Follow first linkon the right

  11. Get member ID (3) • Existing member • Enter your first and last name(Not case sensitive) • Select “Request”. • Write down your member ID.

  12. Get member ID (4) • New member • Fill the registrationform(All fields) • Select “Register” • Write down your member ID.

  13. Sign eAttendance Book • From Home Page under your Working Group,select “Sign eAttendance book”

  14. Sign eAttendance Book (2) • Enter you member ID • Select a Task Group(Optional but encouraged)

  15. Sign eAttendance (3) • You’re set, congratulation.

  16. Review eAttendance • From Home Page under your Working Group,select “Review Member eAttendance”

  18. Request document number • From Home Page under your Working Group,select “Request a document number”

  19. Request a document number (2) • Fill “Document number request form” completely. Respect “Authors with affiliation” format.Ex: Thierry Walrant (Philips) • Select TG& • Doc. type. • Select“Request”

  20. Request a document number (3) • This page display your document number and document details: title, full number, group and type.
