  3. What is Organic Food? Organic food is food that is produced environmentally. It is grown and produced without any use of chemicals or avoids the use of any man-made chemicals like pesticides, fertilizers, growth regulators, etc. This is why it is completely chemical-free food and is full of nutrients that help us to keep healthy and wealthy. According to the sources, people who consume organic food more are healthier than other people who eat conventional food.

Foods that we should switch to Organic: • Meat Products We should switch to organic animal products such as Meat because conventional animal products are highly used chemicals like they use antibiotics and hormones chemicals to grow animals against nature. Organically raised animals have a better life than conventional. • Organic Fruit and Veg According to the studies, it shows that organic fruit and vegetables are more nutritious than conventional fruits and vegetables because, in Conventional fruits and vegetables, they use a high amount of harmful chemicals like pesticides, fertilizers, and so on. They use chemicals to keep them fresh for long days. This is why we should consume organic fruits and vegetables that are less harmful and provide all the beneficial nutrients and reduce the risk of many health problems.
