  3. Aphrodite • Aphrodites roman name is Venus. • She is considered the goddess of Love. • She is very beautiful and elegant. • Her symbols are the mirror and the seashell. • Aphrodite was created from foam and crystal waters.

  4. Hermes • Hermes is considered the God of the thieves. • He was the God’s messenger and conductor of souls. • The roman name of hermes is Mercury. • He wore traveling clothes. • His symbols were a purse and winged sandals.

  5. Athena • Athena’s roman name is Minerva. • Minerva was tall and slim. • Athena was the goddess who taught mankind various skills such as weaving and sewing. • Athena officially became the patron deity of the city of ancient Athens. • Athena's symbols were the spear, the distaff and the aegis.
