  1. Colorado Members of the SpecialQuest Leadership Team commit to an expanded consortia focused on our vision of inclusion and equity without boundaries.

  2. Georgia …is committed to:1. revisit work around original goals and2. build on and expand our work through regional team network

  3. Louisiana …commits to:- continue to meet quarterly as a group (Team) - infuse SWITCH concepts and information into our practices and action plans- take personal responsibility for the work of the team, and - small task groups will meet as needed around the Team’s practices and plans.

  4. Massachusetts We commit to building communities where “Sneetches are Sneetches and no kind of Sneetch is the best on the beaches.”

  5. Missouri …commits to ensure the creation of: policies, services, and supports to fully implement inclusive practices in Missouri.

  6. New Mexico We, the New Mexico SpecialQuest State Leadership Team commit to re-emphasizing and persevering to create a synergistic model for inclusion that embraces change and is constantly evolving to meet the needs of all children and their families.

  7. Ohio …commits to modeling the Switch approach to continue cross-agency support for SpecialQuest and inclusionary practices and ensure inclusion of children with disabilities in the work of the new Center for Early Childhood Development (CECD) with the end result that children are children first.The SpecialQuest Leadership Team will continue to be a pillar of light and a beacon for serving children with disabilities and their families.

  8. Pennsylvania …will embed the SpecialQuest approach and materials into a state committee which is established through statute.

  9. Virginia …commits to Sustain the Quest for children and families with our hearts united for change.

  10. WYOMING The Wyoming SpecialQuest State Leadership Team is commited to meeting as a working team for at least one year past the funding period.

  11. Ambassadors We are committed and energized to Continue the Quest, weaving children and families’ success stories to impact communities and leaders. We are committed to empower and encourage family leadership. We will embed the SpecialQuest approach and materials to enhance training, increase awareness towards inclusive opportunities from Birth to Earth!
