  3. Currently an IT Project Manager in New York City, Varma works diligently to ensure projects are running smoothly, on schedule, and on track for achieving important milestones and deliverable's on a regular basis.

  4. STAGES OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT A longtime project management professional, Neil Varma understands the five basic stages involved in managing a project and laying out the roadmap for accomplishing project goals.

  5. These include: Initiation, where the project is carefully researched and vetted to determine feasibility Planning, where project goals are set, timeframes are established and plan development takes place Execution, where tasks are kicked off and completed
