EPLC Update • HHS FAC-P/PM Draft Handbook – sent to IC CIOs and ES P/PM for comments • IC EPLC Implementation Planning, reports for the second quarter of FY2009 were due April 30. • Guidance sent to CIOs -  The quarterly EPLC milestone status reports covering EPLC implementation activities from January-March are due in April. Again this quarter, please develop your reports using the Implementation Milestone Tables provided in your implementation plans. For each milestone, the report should include the Target Implementation Date, the Status (% complete), the Actual Implementation Date (if 100% complete), and comments or an explanation if the milestone is behind schedule. Please name your report using the following convention - <IC>_EPLC_Implementation_Report and email it to Jane Small and Stacy Charland. • Note that in July, reports for the quarter covering April through June will include project reporting in addition to implementation reporting. We will provide additional details within a few weeks. • Artifacts - A group of OPDIV representatives at HHS is working on completing the development of the EPLCArtifacts (Guides, Templates, and Checklists) for the remaining EPLC phases. Those should be available by the end of the summer. A special thank-you to Janice Kochan (eRA) for producing the Disposition Plan artifacts for that effort.
