This ensures quick rental without any time loss. B. NEMA PREMIUM (For Long term investors- Premium Rental) TIME Apartment is delivered within 5 weeks, subject to advance payment. This ensures quick rental without any time loss.

  7. C. NEMA ASPIRE (For your first home) TIME Apartment is delivered within 8 weeks, subject to advance payment & design selection. D. NEMA GOLD This package is meant for end-users with looking for designer apartment apt for their individual taste. We offer multitude of Interior Designers & furniture designers. Note: We provide warranty of two years on all woodwork. Further Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) could be purchased for three years at a nominal fee.
