Growth Incentive Program • It is NOT part of the Amway Sales & Marketing Plan • Rewards Growth and Consistency • Subject to change • Approval by Ada • Operate your distributorship in accordance to the Amway Rules of Conduct and the Malaysia Direct Sales Act 1993 (for Malaysian Distributorships only).

  4. SQ Bonus • SQ Bonus Qualifications: • Must maintain a minimum of 15% for non-SQ months • Bonus is paid at the end of the performance year.

  5. SQ BonusFor new Platinum ONLY • EXCEPTION: • New Platinums with NQ months < 12% before the 1st qualified month in PY2014 is eligible provided • he/she does not have any SP months in PY2013 • Achieves minimum 12% in both Sept & Oct 2014 If New Platinum achieves 6 SQ months with NQ month at 15% & above, he/she will receive RM8,000 / B$5,000 / S$6,500 (exception rule above still apply for 15% condition)

  6. SQ Volume • SQ Volume Qualifications: • Must have a minimum of 6SQ months to qualify for SQ Volume (SQV) of 200,000 PV • Min requirement is 200,000 PV • And growth of 10% or 25,000 PV as compared to PY2013, whichever is lower.

  7. What is a SQ Month? A SQ Month is when you achieve one of the following in a month: • 12,500 PV#(SQ Volume) • 5,000 PV #(SQ Volume)+ ONE New 21% Leg • TWO New 21% Leg SQ Bonus • SQ Volume is a total of: • Volume from SP and GP • Volume from new Platinum • Volume from re-classified DDs, except 1st year re-classified DDs. What is a SQ12 Volume Equivalency (VE)? An alternative way to achieve SQ12 is by achieving SQ10 or SQ11 with 180,000 SQ Volume. Volume of a re-classified PY2013 DD (a 1st year re-classified DD) will not be counted. EXCEPT if they re-qualify DD in PY2014, then the full performance year volume will be counted. #To qualify for an additional payment for SQ Volume of 200,000 PV and above, you must have at least 6 SQ Months. What is a New 21% Leg? A New 21% Leg is a new 21% SP qualification.

SQ Bonus - Singapore 70% & above of the SQ Volume generated from Singapore SQ Bonus will be paid in Singapore Dollars SQ Volume generated from Singapore < 70% SQ Bonus payment will be prorate based on the ratio of volume from each country and their payment schedule • Example: • SQ6 + non qualified SQ month at 15% • SQ Volume of 120,000 PV Exchange rate: S$1 = RM2.50

  9. ALS Specials NEW Sapphire & above Automatic qualification to ALS2014 Auckland when you move up new levels to Sapphire & above • Eg: • Founders Platinum who moves up to new Sapphire • Sapphire who moves up to Founders Sapphire, etc

If you have not qualified ALS in the last 3 yearsi.e. PY2011, PY2012 & PY2013 But have qualified SQ12 or SQ12 VE in PY2012, PY2013 and PY2014 Join us for ALS2014 Auckland by, a) Just achieve 3,000 ALS points more than your ALS points of PY2013, OR b) Just maintain your ALS points of PY2013, if your ALS points in PY2013 is within 3,000 points of your ALS timer target.

New Achievers’ Bonus Celebrating new achievements Conditions • New Levels are not retroactive and must exceed previous highest qualification level • New Emeralds & above Total domestic Q months must not be less than last performance year. • Emerald Bonus Recipients are Emeralds and Founders Emerald and above with min 3 domestic legs‏ • Diamond Bonus Recipientsare Diamonds and above with min 6 domestic legs • For non-EBRs & non-DBRs • Re-qualify at the new level as an EBR/DBR within 3 years* of new level and be eligible for NAB. • Maintain total Q of domestic legs of the previous year. • Inclusive of new qualifiers of PY2011, PY2012 & PY2013 who are non-EBR, non-DBR. • *Subject to the availability of the NAB program.

  15. New Achievers’ Bonus Celebrating new achievements • 1st Time New Platinums Must re-qualify Platinum in PY2014 with minimum 12% in non-SQ months in PY2014. Payment is upon requalification in PY2014. • EXCEPTION: • New Platinums with NQ Months < 12% before the 1st qualified month in PY2014 is eligible provided • he/she does not have any SP Months in PY2013 • Achieves minimum 12% in both Sept & Oct 2014 Go1B Incentive: Receive additional 50% bonus for new Founders Platinum and above qualification when we achieve Sales growth of 10% as compared to CY2013 (9% for Singapore)

  16. Counting from PY2000 Will not include pass-up from, in-between 21% and SP & above Emerald ALS Program • For re-qualified and new Emeralds • Alternative method to qualify for ALS2014 Total no. of Q months from domestic and international 21% groups. Groups with less than 6Q can be added.

  17. EmeraldGrowth Incentives Go1B Incentive: Receive additional 50% bonus for qualification with growth of 3Q and above, when we achieve Sales growth of 10% as compared to CY2013 (9% for Singapore)

Calculating Your Base Q • All Domestic Q qualifies as a base Q. • Minimum base Q is 18Q for EGI and 36Q for DGI and *not less than PY13. • Base Q is now limited to a max of 3Q above your Q months of PY13 subject to min base of 18Q (for EGI) and 36Q (for DGI). • If you receive new Emerald/new Diamond/EGI/DGI in 2013, your base is PY2013, otherwise, it is an average of 3 years (PY2011, 2012 & 2013) • To qualify as a count for growth Q, thedomestic Q month in PY2014, must be followed by at least a 2 subsequent months of minimum 12%, OR immediately by another Q month. Emerald& DiamondGrowth Incentives • Terms and Conditions • Must be EBR or DBR to qualify for EGI or DGI respectively. • Re-Q Bonuses are not applicable to new Emeralds and new Diamonds.

  22. Executive Diamond Excellence Award For New and Re-qualified Executive Diamonds & Above with min. 3 domestic legs. EXAMPLE 9 domestic legs with 6 months each = 9 legs x 6mths = 54 Q mths= RM40,000

Break Leg Bonus NEW Platinum in Singapore Break a new Platinum leg in Singapore and be rewarded with S$6,000! • For immediate qualified upline Platinum who is not a EGI/DGI recipient. • Immediate qualified upline can be from Malaysia, Brunei or Singapore • New leg must qualify as new Platinum in PY2014 and re-qualify with 6Q in PY2014
