Well-being and Community Building • Il Comitato sottoponeagliorganicompetentidell'Istitutoognisuggerimentorelativoall'organizzazione e al funzionamentodeiservizi e ognipropostaintesa a migliorare le condizioni di lavoro e, in genere, le condizioni di vita del personale.Il Comitato partecipaallagestione e al controllodeglieventualiorgani di caratteresocialecreatidall'Istitutonell'interesse del personale / Statuto • Checosaintendiamo per WB : concettochecomprende diverse aree, dalla salute allecondizioni di lavoro in termini di qualità e di valori, di crescitaindividuale e collettiva, di partecipazione (engagement) e senso di appartenenza (community building), comunicazioneinterna e riconoscimentodeimeriti non solo in termini di promozioni e/o ricompenseeconomiche. Proposte concrete : • elaborazione di un survey tra lo staff per “misurare” la percezionedeivariaspetti del WB, collection of ideas and suggestions o • attivazione di canali di comunicazioneinternafrequentisullo stile “townhall” • maggiorecoinvolgimentodello staff negliobiettivigenerali di EUI
