  2. School • In Indonesia ,classes start early in the morning and finish at lunch time to avoid the hottest part of the day . They learn English, social studies, science and math's just as we do they also study their own language..

  3. Houses • The houses are built using ironwood for the structure and tree bark for the walls. The floor is made of simple planks of wood placed side by side they have no insulation in the walls.

  4. Transport • The transport is slow they use dokars. Dokars are small two –wheeled pony-carts decorated with bells and tassels. Another popular and cheap transport is the becak witch is like a bicycle rickshaw but the pedal pusher sits on the back.

  6. Geography • Purwokerto is located near the base of mount slamet, the highest volcano in central java. The city is bisected by the Kali Kranji river, and lies near two major east –west roads, Jalan Sudirman and Jalan Gatot Surbroto. Its geographic location is 7°26’S 109° 14’E.

  7. Agriculture • Purwokerto is foresty with a rich supply of fish. It has wet rice crop and canals, dams and reservoirs. Kapok, sesame, peanuts, bananas, mangoes, oils, tea ,coffee and tobacco are some of the items grown.
