  3. The 65mm of rain made for 4 ‘internal swimming pools’ but the task is completed

  4. And no photographic record is complete without some ‘rabbit ears’

  5. November Internal Refurbishments continue

  6. Internal Refurbishments Administration Area

  7. New ceilings, plaster, office and painting

  8. Key workers without who the job could not be done.

  9. December new on-site substation for power required.

  10. December – carpet, ceilings and windows in modernised Administration area

  11. December – steel, bond deck arrives for 1st Floor

  12. December – underground cable boring and concrete footings for stairways and elevator

  13. December – Company Directors tour with Graeme Connelly – girls were happy, boys were serious. L-R. Chairperson Kerryn Dwyer-Parish, Director Jan Wyatt-Brown, Director Alison Mitchell, Corporate Services Manager Pauline Butler, Builder Graeme Connelly, Director Rod Jones, Director David Ryan.

  14. December – bracing underneath bond deck and steel ready for concrete floor above

  15. Final preparations and then concrete pour starting 6am, 22nd December – 150 tonne concrete

  16. 22nd December – 11 truck loads of concrete
