What’s Changing, and Why • Program changes make it difficult for our current data system to accurately reflect our program • Goals: • Have the data we need for reporting needs • Develop reporting system that is efficient and easy for everyone to understand: • NPAs • Program Managers • Regional Coordinators • Data Entry staff • Changes are effective October 1 (FY 2013)

  2. What changes will I see? • A new form just for reporting Indirect Contacts • More streamlined form for Direct Contacts • Just one place to record agency, site, or school • Visual cues to help with recording race/sex/ethnicity • Reporting number of youth by grade level

  3. Introducing…The Indirect Form

  4. Indirect Forms: Site • County • Approved site name • Write site name and audience type, as it appears on the site list (e.g., “First Church of God – Preschool”) • Only include District if the approved site is a school

Indirect Forms: “Optional - For Regional use only” • Some regions have indicated they track the length of time a display is up (e.g., the entire month of April). • This information will not be tracked at the state level, but a place has been added to the form if your coordinator chooses to track that information within your region.
