  2. Budgets gets passed After many years without renovation, Mainland Regional High School’s budget finally gets passed so renovations can be made to the school.

  3. When will renovations start? • Renovation will start over spring break, 2010. The changes made to the school during spring break will be minor and shouldn’t affect students too much yet. • The majority of renovations will take place over the summer of 2010.

  4. When will renovations be finished? • Renovations should be finished by fall or winter of 2010. At the latest renovations should be finished by the start of the new year. • Students shouldn’t be dramatically effected by the renovations next year, there might be some slight detours but nothing that will totally change how the school is ran.

  5. Will Cradle rock still be around? • As of right now, it is unsure for the following years. • Cradle rock will still be around for seniors of school year 2009-2010. • Most likely Cradle rock will not be around for the following years because of certain trees being cut down due to construction.

  6. Will Chris Christie’s state wide cuts affect the renovations? • No, the budget passed earlier for the renovations so the money can’t be touched. • However cuts to other things are possible, such as cutting more teacher jobs, school activities/clubs, and even sports.
