  1. Welcome to easyBib An automatic citation and works cited generator.

  2. LearningGoal: • SWBAT understand how to cite sources and compose a works cited page via easybib.com.

  3. What is easybib.com? • According to easybib.com, “EasyBibis an intuitive information literacy platform that provides citation, note taking, and research tools that are easy-to-use and educational. EasyBib is not only accurate, fast, and comprehensive, but helps educators teach and students learn how to become effective and organized researchers”.

  4. You need to open two tabs. First, open easybib.com

  5. Now, open bls.gov

  6. Scroll down to Career Information Tab and click on Occupational Outlook Handbook

  7. Type your career choice here.

  8. Click on your career choice.

  9. Once you have collected your information from the chosen page, right click and copy the URL.

  10. Open your easybib.com tab. You are citing a website. You are using the MLA format.

  11. Paste your URL here.

  12. As your site does not have a contributor or published date, click on Create Citation.

  13. Here is your MLA formatted citation. Repeat these steps for each website used. Clicking here will allow you to save and print your Works Cited page. All of your citations will be listed here.

  14. To download your Works Cited Page, you must permit downloads by clicking here.

  15. Click here to open your Works Cited Page

  16. Here is your Works Cited Page in MLA Format. Don’t forget to save it!
