Personal Care (TX ONLY) Personal Care services include a range of human assistance provided to persons with disabilities or chronic conditions which enables them to accomplish tasks that they would normally do for themselves if they did not have a disability. • Toileting • Dressing • Bathing • Diapering • Eating (Assisted Feeding) • Grooming • Orientation and Mobility • Laundry • Communication • Behavioral Management • Monitoring Activities include but are not limited to the following:

Personal Care (TX ONLY) • Caseload Distribution/Management – Make sure students are divided up amongst the room when entering in session notes if working with other adult employees. • Entering Session Data – Either each user enter data or use the Data Entry Role. • Support Service Time Out Sheet – If needed, have a time out sheet available in the room in order for support personnel to track their minutes. • “Save” Feature - Take advantage of “Save” feature in X Logs to save activity selections.
