  1. CADfix for ANSYS (CFFA for short) is an ANSYS product that uses CADfix* technology to: increase the reliability of importing CAD models into ANSYS via IGES or STEP files. CFFA capabilities include: Processing a single IGES or STEP file or a list of files. Automatic checking of the geometry to make sure it can be meshed or modified with ANSYS Boolean operations. Automatic repair of troublesome entities. Manual repair of entities which cannot be automatically repaired.
