  2. Current Federal Legislation MAP-21 • Provided authorizations for FY2013 – 2014 • Extended Highway Trust Fund (HTF) through FY2016 MAP-21 Extension • Extended through May 31, 2015 • Included $10.8 Billion for HTF

  3. Tennessee’s Funding * TAP funding is 2% of NHPP + STP + CMAQ + Metro Planning; includes RTP setaside
