Facts, objectives and targets • One of the largest regeneration projects in the UK • Covers 70 hectares of land in the centre of Bristol with Temple Meads railway station at the heart • Superb opportunity to create an iconic gateway to Bristol and the West of England through a 21st century station • Focus on creative, digital, low carbon sectors and financial and business services • Target: 4,000 jobs in 5 years and 17,000 by 2037 • Potential to develop 240,000 sq m of new or refurbished space featuring offices, homes, retail, and a redeveloped railway station www.bristoltemplequarter.com
