Lead a team to design, develop and deliver training of the new system. Training approach included instructor-led sessions, Simulation Training Tool courses (CBT), and live practice sessions on the SAP system. Change and communication activities were accomplished including publishing a web site for the project on the company Intranet. Web site was maintained on weekly basis to reflect project progress and to update PDO community with the latest project information and included links to all training material. In addition to several communication channels, articles were also prepared for the company monthly newsletter.
