Comparison of MKE4 beam scan and TMR 41631 waveform (October 25, 2011)

Comparison of MKE4 beam scan and TMR 41631 waveform (October 25, 2011). From 53µs to end of flattop, % variation of beam scan and TMR are similar. From start of flattop to 53µs, beam scan and TMR waveform are quite different ( TMR is much lower – TMR measurement cables etc?).

  1. Comparison of MKE4 beam scan and TMR 41631 waveform (October 25, 2011) • From 53µs to end of flattop, % variation of beam scan and TMR are similar. • From start of flattop to 53µs, beam scan and TMR waveform are quite different (TMR is much lower – TMR measurement cables etc?). Beam scan 25 October 2011 (BG, LD & VK) MJ Barnes - LIBD

  2. Comparison of MKE4 beam scan for 6 June 2009 and October 25, 2011 Beam scan 6 June 2009 (JU& MB) Check duration of flattop measurement: peak-peak flattop ripple ~1% (including overshoot). Peak-peak flattop ripple 3+% (including overshoot). Are differences in beam scan shape and ripple due to 2 new (serigraphed) magnets ??? [magnet capacitors also changed] – installed December 2010 Beam scan 25 October 2011 (BG, LD & VK) MJ Barnes - LIBD
