Mission: • To recruit, organize, train and discipline an all volunteer force in each state to assist state and local agencies for: • Civilian Relief • Community Support • Ensuring Safety • We strive for like minded members that embrace values that are defined as integrity, service and excellence in activities, we are called upon to perform.

  3. People are Resources • We seek a corps of people that are • Educationally and skillfully qualified • Technically competent • Physically fit • Disciplined • People are certainly individuals and each possess an asset, characteristic or skill to offer and fulfill needed components that complete our mission for our communities and our respective states.

  4. Challenges are here to stay • We face: • Declining Federal, State and Local Operating Budgets • Threats of high crime • Threats of international terror • Risks and uncertainty in weather conditions or disasters • Shortages of food and medicines • Watchmen of America are current on events and conditions locally, nationally and internationally. • We strive to assess all risks, damage and threats to our way of life and communicate within our network to ensure all members are aware of possible conditions and work to prevent collateral damage or harm.

  5. Watchmen of America is about leadership, conduct, training and functional operation. • We are: • Technically proficient in all conditional situations • Professional, having integrity, courage and honor • Caring, we are all volunteers and believe in our community, friends and neighbors • Knowledgeable, we believe communication and learning is essential to meet all demand and assignments and for the improvement in our collective performance.

Areas of Responsibility include: • Communications • Medical • Transportation • Military support • Food and water supply • Survival expertise • Crowd control • Civil coordination • Family safety • Search and Rescue • Reconnaissance • Shelter Operations • Evacuations • Family/Community Readiness • Unique/special conditions or requests

  7. “The Watchmen’s Creed”  As we cross the many bridges put before us, we will strive to help others cross as well. We will reunite all that has been separate and throughout the years in the brotherhood of our citizen soldiers. May we all share in the duties and responsibilities of bringing back our sense of security for ourselves and our families and all the people of this nation. We shall respect the rights of others and seek to quell all prejudices and extend the hand of fellowship to each other and may we all stand united against the oppressions and tyranny confronting us with all the spirit, will and determination as our forefathers once did when founding our great nation. For we are one of the last remaining symbols of America’s freedom. The Watchmen Of America
