  2. myalliplan overview • Individually tailored online action plan with customized guidance, steps/lessons, and access to meal plans and interactive weight loss tools. • What do I get with myalliplan? • A customized online action plan • Lessons about meal planning, managing hunger, dealing with setbacks, and making the food and lifestyle changes to help you succeed • Immediate feedback when you check in weekly • Menus and shopping lists • A variety of online tools to record your food and lifestyle information • Connection to a network of other alli users • User must purchase alli for access to myalliplan online

Plan Pages – What is the Plan? • Multiple opportunities within this site to link to this page • Also available from every page on the site via a left hand side callout • Can link back to sections of the site to find out more about the plan • Or click on of several links to register for the plan

  5. Registration – Create Username • Consumer creates an account on the site • If the user already has an account, they can sign in and add myalliplan to that account • Opportunities for opt-in to GSK Promotional emails from other brands

  6. Registration - DPOP Register • Consumer enters the DPOP from the packaging • User selects Pack Size • Information on the page also explains where to find this code • Users also enter where they purchased the product

Registration - Weight Loss Goals • Consumer enters their current weight and weight goals • System determines if the current weight meets alli requirements • System determines if the user is underweight or if the Consumer has an unrealistic goal. • Feedback is displayed for both situations Input to create Tailored Content

  9. Registration - Start Date & Check-In • Consumer is given information what to expect, why and importance of these dates: • Diet Start Date • Capsule Start Date • Check-In Day Input to create Tailored Content

  10. Registration - You Are Registered • Consumer is registered and we will provide next steps • Welcome email is sent • Users are linked to the first lesson

  13. Check-In – Weigh In • This is the first part of the 3 part weekly check-in process • Consumer enters their current weight • Each week the Consumer is also reminded of their action plan from the previous week Input to create Tailored Content (captured weekly)

Check-In – Information • This is the second part of the step and allows the consumer to track and denote their progress • This feeds into the immediate feedback that will be shown on the next screen • If the consumer has had a treatment effect, they will see additional information on the subject and additional questions Input to create Tailored Content (captured weekly)

  17. Lesson Structure – Key Point Review • Lesson format has been divided into 3 distinct sections • Goal is to provide distinct coding that can be associated with each section of the lesson • Starts with Key Points from the previous lessons
