  3. Ravi Gaikwad RTO and his team busts fake Police Certificate issuing racket. • After the RTO department invited applications for issuing fresh permits to taxis and autos last year, it came across a number of applications with fake no-objection certificates (NOCs)

  4. Thereafter, with the help of the Mumbai police and Ravi Gaikwad RTO, the Borivli RTO busted a gang that helped the drivers of these vehicles get fake police permissions and arrested four accused.

  5. Speaking to mid-day, Ravi Gaikwad RTO, chief of Borivli RTO, said, "While scrutinising the applications, officials found out that some of the NOCs submitted along with other documents were inappropriate.
