  2. Paciente de 17 años femenino, nodriza • Ingresa a SAPU con compromiso de conciencia brusco, ECG 7 • Se maneja vía aérea con IOT • Familiares no refieren otra patología, sin consumo de drogas ni medicamentos Dr. J. P. Rojas Olave

  3. Al ingreso a SU • Hemodinamia estable, saturación 100% • Sin déficit neurológico Dr. J. P. Rojas Olave

  4. TAC cerebro normal • Rx Tórax Dr. J. P. Rojas Olave

  6. Diagnóstico ?? • Derrame pleural • NAC extensa • Atelectasia • Qué haría? • Tubo pleural? Dr. J. P. Rojas Olave

  7. REVISEMOS • PACIENTE CON TOT Dr. J. P. Rojas Olave

  9. Tubo OT monobronquial • Se retira el tubo y se ventila con presión positiva Dr. J. P. Rojas Olave

  11. Se logra expansión pulmonar • Posteriormente, familia encuentra cajas vacías con antidepresivos y benzodiazepinas Dr. J. P. Rojas Olave

  12. DIAGNOSTICOS • Intoxicación medicamentosa • Atelectasia pulmón izquierdo secundaria a intubación monobronquial Dr. J. P. Rojas Olave
