The Strategy would be Taken by the Chinese Academy of Sciences • To Increase the Investment in Education and to Reform the Education System in Order to Enhance Innovative Capability. • Accordance With the Real Situation in China • a.Rearrange the Direction of Basic Research • b.Reorganize the Research Team • c.Reform the Management System

The Strategy Would be Taken by the Chinese Academy of Sciences • Promote the Construction of Network Infrastructure to Support to Increase the Research Efficiency. • To Support the Development of Venture Capital and Encourage Them to Combine with the Basic Research Project Specially in IT and Bio-tech Related Area.
