  2. Needs Assessment was given Original Purpose: to provide training for new teachers to Manhattan High School

  3. Needs Assessment On the first day of school, how would you have rated the following items? If you felt there was no training needed on any of the items circle that as well. Rate the items with this scale. 1 – I had an immediate need for training 2 – I had a limited knowledge base but unsure of application 3 – I had a good knowledge base and can apply to my teaching position 4 – I felt confident of applying skills to my teaching position NTN – no training needed.

  11. Found the settings to make the email feature work. Worked with administration on proper procedures to use the email feature. With the help of Dr. Childress, created parent permission form. Created the instruction to help teachers set up the email feature. Implementing the email feature

  12. Where does the project go from here? Middle school has expressed interest in Integrade Pro training. Provide the new teacher training in Fall 2006. Continue to work with administration on using technology to its fullest capacity.
