UPDATING OF THE COMMON DATA TEMPLATES • Updating data depends on the lastest common data templates • The modifications of the data templates should be informed to ASM before the time of collecting data in each country. • The process of updating data into common data templates should be defined in each country

  3. DATA ENCODING, VALIDATION AND UPDATING • There are no national methodologies for encoding data, validation data and updating and transport statistics as well. • The national statistical indicator system just defines some main indicators. So that, for security, we do not access database directly but via web application. • The other way is to create web services and grant access this web services for one main country focal point to update data, metadata of each indicators. The web services is responsible as a proxy between client and database, and does operations on the database.

  9. SECURITY OF DATABASE/BACKUP FOR RECOVERY • The database should be store in the data center. We should choose the best data center provider in Japan or in AMS. • Security of database/backup for recovery will be done easity by IT experts in this data center. Because there responsibility in this data center is to secure/backup data and ensure the stability of the database is 24hs per day.
