  4. Spark: Mixed Fitness Circuit Ready and Set… • 8-10 cones: to create stations • 16-20 Fitness circuit skill cards: 2 per station • Music and player • Divide students among stations

  5. Spark: Mixed Fitness Circuit GO! • Explain the object: Increase fitness. • Describe and Demonstrate: Before starting the circuit. • Work when music is on Rotate when music is off. • Continue until you hear the stop signal.

  9. Geography Fitness Circuit Integrated Activity Ready & Set… • Floor Size Map of North Carolina-in center • NC Region Feature Cards – 18 per station • 18 - Fitness circuit skill cards: 2 per station • Music and player • Divide students among stations • Use colored stickers to identify Region

Geography Fitness Circuit GO! • Explain the object: Identify NC Regional Features Increase fitness • Describe and Demonstrate: Before starting the circuit. • Work when music is on • Identify Regional Feature –Rotate Members to place on Map • All Complete Fitness Skill at each station • Rotate to next station when music is off • Continue until you hear the stop signal. • “Talk Around NC” - Self-Assessment
