How can each be used in everyday conversation? • How does human interaction with the environment in the following situation – Indians tribes follow giant herds of buffalo across the great plains for their food source. What are some of the results of this interaction?

You must write in paragraph form. • Describe 2 movements of people in the ancient past. You must write in paragraph form. • How has technology changed each of the 5 themes of geography. Write one paragraph each.

  8. How do you make a map? • Old days? • Now? • Technology? • How would you go about mapping this campus accurately without the use of GPS, cellphones, or any type of cameras?

Economics/Anthropology/chronology/history • What are the FIRST economic tasks that humans/society must take care of first? • What are consumers? • What is the role of consumers in a free-market system? • What do Anthropologists study? Give several examples of real life anthropology studies or finds. (google it) • What is ABSOLUTE chronology? • How does anthropology contribute to historical knowledge?

Which are the BEST? • How do people interact with their environment in the US (think 1700’s)? • Which rivers form international borders between the US and other countries? • What is the role of rivers and lakes in the Central Plains and other regions? • What economic activities would you most likely find in the highlands and marine areas?
