  3. Fall When fall comes, the weather changes. We climb trees. People play in the fall in the trees.-Emma

  4. Fall I am having a fun fest! I won the contest of having a big pumpkin. My dog was lying on my pumpkin. My mom is pulling the pumpkin in a wagon.-Codyiae

  5. Winter I like skiing. It is fun. You have to do it in the winter. If you don’t, you will get hurt. You can only ski down a hill of snow.-Olivia

  6. Summer In the summer I sometimes go to the pool. Sometimes I go on the slide. I can go in three feet of water. It is so fun to go to the pool. I can plug my nose and go in the water and I can do a rocket ship. It is fun at the pool! When I go to the pool I bring my mom, dad, sister, bother, and cousin.-Marieka

  7. Summer In the summer you can swim, take long walks and take long trips. You can stay up late and you can play in the rain. Summer is fun because after it rains you might see a rainbow.-Kayla

  8. Summer In the summer I went on vacation to Mount Olympus in the Wisconsin Dells. It took a long time to get there. When we got there, we checked into a hotel room. After that I went to go play on the playground. Then I went on the rides like roller coasters and bumper cars. I played games, made a video, and played in the pool. I got to bring my friend, too.-Jasmine

  10. Hurricanes Hurricanes are very dangerous. They can kill people. They are dangerous because you can drown.-Anastasia

  11. Hurricanes A hurricane is a powerful rainy storm. Hurricanes start over water like oceans. The wind breaks houses, cars and buildings. Waves can break bridges, streets and houses in a flood.-Alvi

  12. Thunderstorms The rain of thunderstorms can cause a flood. A lot of rain can fall during thunderstorms. Lightning can strike trees and buildings. It can set them on fire. The next time there is a thunderstorm, watch out for flooding.-Jayden

  13. Tornadoes It is a funnel of wind. People can die. Tornadoes can smash houses and cars. If a tornado comes, go to a basement.-Mary

  14. Tornadoes The funnel spins at speeds of over 100 miles per hour. A strong thunderstorm is called a super cell. Whirling winds can turn into a tornado. A tornado can destroy homes.-Jesus

  16. Blizzards Blizzards keep grown-ups from going to work. They keep kids from going to school until the snow plows come. In a blizzard it does not just snow, it snows and snows. A little snow is fun!-Kell

  20. Earthquakes If an earthquake begins underground, why does it cause so much damage on earth’s surface? The focus is the spot beneath earth’s surface where the earthquake begins. They cause damage to houses.-Lucy

  21. Floods Floods are bad because people can get hurt. Floods are bad because your car can go in the water. Floods are bad because people can drown.-Andre

  22. Floods Floods are big water storms from the sea! They can start all over the place. They can be dangerous storms. Different things cause floods. Sometimes a big storm pushes huge ocean waves onto land!-Makai

  23. Earthquakes For earthquake safety, find a safe place under a table or desk. Stay away from windows or shelves. Stay away from power lines. Move away from trees. If you are outside you should stay outside.-Hanaa

  24. Volcanoes The most dangerous volcanoes are composite volcanoes. Some beaches in Hawaii have melted volcano sand. There are even volcanoes in California.-Gage

  25. Volcanoes Rock melts into magma. A volcano erupts when magma shoots out from underground. Lava is very hot.-Mac

  26. Volcanoes Volcanoes are dangerous and deadly. They can erupt with little warning. There are three types of volcanoes. One of them is called a Shield Volcano. Others are Cinder Volcanoes and Composite Volcanoes.-Liam

  27. Volcanoes Volcanoes are named after the Roman god of fire, Vulcan. The tallest lava fountain ever was five times taller than the Eiffel Tower in Paris. Mount Etna is the largest volcano in the world. -Kayla
