  3. Darryl Vs. Vanessa • False Imprisonment- she purposely restraint Darryl in freezer, and turning all lights off leaving him in for several hours. As leaving, she told him that she had lock the door. • Slander- were making fun of Darryl • Intentional Infliction mental Distress- was made fun of, these affected him mentally

  4. Darryl Vs. Fisher • Assault- the transferred intent. • Because he try to punch Darryl. • The comment made by Darryl was common at the time.

  5. Darryl Vs. Carrousel Hotel • Vicarious liability- failure to supervise their employees. • The act was conducted in the scope of employment. • The negligent hiring of employment. • Because the expectation of business are higher.
