Intra Asia KPI Y2011 Handicap • Service: • Unstable schedule of PAS & CN1 svc • Skip 3 vessels of PAS on Feb 11 • Omit 3 vessels of CN1 in 2nd semester • Cancel voyage of PAS svc 4 times • Always delay of PAS & CN1 svc due to port congestion and defense Fog at PRC accident of Leo Perdana • Limited space on CN1/TPI/JTI svc • Different rate between PAS&CN1svc for china destination • Long Idle shipments to HCM/HPH/XGG • Heavy cargo problem impact to stacking weight problem and vessel stability • Business • Competitors’ action such as MCC/STX/TSL/APL & MOL to cut rate to VIP a/c for MNL/JPN/PRC (SHA/TAO/LYG) impact to lost VIP such as ATL/ASAHI/CAMCO OMYA/SURABAYA HONGKONG/ETC • Opening direct svc to JPN main port on JPI (KMTC/HJN/CMA) & JTI (WHL&IAL) • Few Cargo nomination to TWN/JPN/KRA due to rate higher
